Faith-Based Nutritional Challenge
July 17, 2017 to September 18, 2017
NUTRITIONAL CHALLENGE INFORMATION:
The Challenge is for 9 weeks.
There is no fee to participate.
Results are based on percentage of weight loss so that is it fair for all!
There will be weigh-ins every 3 weeks to track progress and keep everyone motivated.
You must register by July 18th to participate in the challenge.
Workout on your own or coordinate with a group.
Registration and Weigh-Ins will be held at both Florida Department of Health in Franklin and Gulf Counties.

August 7th: Week 3
August 28th: Week 6
September 18th: Final Weigh-In
