The health department offers a wide variety of services, including:
- Pregnancy Testing & Counseling
- Pregnancy and Parenting Support Services (support during pregnancy, breastfeeding lactation consults, parenting support, child development screenings, car seat safety specialists, and more)
- Immunizations (helping your family stay healthy and up to date on their vaccines. Babies, children and adult appointments are available.)
- School & Sports physicals
- College, Adult & Employment physicals
- Sick Visits (short-term treatment, non-emergency acute care)
- Lab draws, with Provider order
- Family Planning Services (a variety of birth control options are available.)
- Healthy Foods at no cost (Women, Infants, and Children's Program for pregnant women, and families with children eligible through the age of 5.
- STD Testing & Treatment (promoting sexual health education, early disease detection and timely treatment. Includes HIV testing and PrEP medication.)
- Breast & Cervical Screenings (clinical breast exams, pap smear tests, and mammogram referrals available for all women.) The Florida Breast & Cervical Cancer Early Detection Program is available for women ages 50-64 with low income and no health insurance.
