The Healthy Communities initiative aims to improve health in a variety of settings including schools, worksites, the built environment, and community spaces in Franklin and Gulf County.
Healthy Communities also supports the development and implementation of the Community Health Assessment (CHA), the Community Health Improvement Plan (CHIP), and other evidence-based chronic disease prevention projects.
